The Eastern Conference possesses many stars, and it is difficult to choose five All-Stars from among them. You will see some familiar names here, but there are some newcomers as well. All on this list are deserving and should get some sort of praise. Take a look at my five best ballers who play in the East.

John Wall has some stiff competition at the position in Kyrie Irving, Jeff Teague and Kyle Lowry, but the PG has played too brilliantly to ignore. Wall's 10.6 assists and 2.2 steals per game have the Washington Wizards off to a great record (18-6) so far.

Most fans will likely vote Dwyane Wade into this spot, but my pick is Jimmy Butler. I am not sure the masses will go with me on this one, however, Butler's numbers have kept the Chicago Bulls winning despite numerous injuries.

LeBron James is a top five player in both points (25.6) and assists (7.8) per game, and he has the Cleveland Cavaliers right where they want to be. Talk of his decline was way premature. King James should probably win league MVP yet again thanks to Kevin Durant's early absence.

Calling Chris Bosh "happy" about the King's departure would be a stretch, but the individual stats have looked better this season. Bosh's 21.8 points and 8.2 boards per game are definitely All-Star quality numbers.

Do not be surprised if there are three Bulls on this team total. Derrick Rose will be a long shot due to lower minutes, but he is slowly rounding his way back into form. Pau Gasol, on the other hand, has looked sharp since the opening night. He has been a double-double machine.
