2016 NFL Mock Draft: First Round, Week 13

Paxton Lynch — NFL draft prospects will be on display throughout December and early January, with conference title and bowl games on the slate. So draft stocks may rise and fall a bit, but barring substantial injury a prospect's entire college resume will be most important.

Here is your full first-round mock draft for Week 13. As usual, remember the New England Patriots don't have a first-round pick next year as part of their "DeflateGate" penalty.

Defensive line is not necessarily a major need for the Titans, but it will be hard to pass on a talent like Bosa.

Lynch is slowly convincing me that he'll be the first quarterback drafted in 2016. The Browns have a glaring need at the most important position on the field, so he's somewhat of a no-brainer pick.

Laremy Tunsil Ole Miss — The Chargers need a bookend left tackle, and they'll get their guy here. Tunsil can step right in and instantly upgrade Philip Rivers' pass protection.

4. Dallas Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State

Recent history suggests it's foolish to draft a running back this early. But Elliott and the Cowboys are a perfect marriage of player and need, and he can be a immediate starter.

The 49ers move up a spot from last week, but Goff is still the pick as a potential long-term answer under center.

6. Miami Dolphins: Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida

The Dolphins could use a talent influx in multiple areas. But lockdown cover corners are rare, and Hargreaves is a fairly easy choice.

Philadelphia's offensive line has become a bit of a mess. Stanley would bring instant stability to the mix, and he's an immediate starter.

The Ravens need secondary help fairly desperately. Ramsey is versatile and very talented, so he's a great fit.

With the top two cornerbacks off the board, the Jaguars get a nice consolation prize in Nkemdiche.

The Saints need a ton of help defensively, and a new coordinator is not enough. There are plenty of viable options here, but I'm going with Smith, who can make an immediate impact as an every-down player.

The Rams could obviously use a quarterback, but there is not one here that is worthy of this pick. Treadwell is possibly the best wide receiver in the 2016 class, and he'll also fill a big need for St. Louis.

The Lions need to fortify their offensive line, and Decker's presence would allow Riley Reiff to move off left tackle.

The Giants need a pass rusher, perhaps above anything else. Ogbah fits perfectly as a 4-3 defensive end.

Tampa Bay need better talent at defensive end to make their Cover-2 defense function at a high level. Buckner is the best available at this spot, with upside that can't be ignored.

The Raiders could go many different ways here, but secondary stands out as a big need. Assuming Alexander declares for the draft, he can be an immediate difference maker.

The Bills have all the parts of a very good defense, besides someone that can be an impact, every-down linebacker. Ragland fits that mold, and Rex Ryan will be happy to have him.

This stands out as an unpredictable pick, but I've got the Bears taking Conklin and plugging him right in at left tackle.

A'Shawn Robinson Alabama — Atlanta entered Week 12 with the NFL's No. 1 run defense, so head coach Dan Quinn has things going in the right direction. Robinson would only help the interior defensive line, and he would be an immediate starter.

The Jets need a legit pass rusher off the edge, to go with a talent-laden defensive line. Floyd may not fall this far come next spring, but the Jets would take him without remorse right now.

Pittsburgh clearly needs cornerback help, and they're well-positioned to address it here. White should make a smooth transition to the next level, though there are some recent indications that he's considering staying in school.

The Texans need to secure a young quarterback at some point in next year's draft. The first round is a good a time as any, and Cook is a good option with this pick.

Seattle needs offensive line help, and it should be an offseason priority. Alexander would provide immediate help, with size and versatility to boot.

The Chiefs are on the upswing with a five-game winning streak, but offensive line is still a big need looking toward 2016. Ifedi can help right away, and he can play either tackle spot.

The Packers' run defense has done well over the last few games, but defensive line is still a need area heading toward next season. Washington's versatility makes him a legit first-rounder.

Nicolas had a disappointing showing this season, but ESPN's Mel Kiper suggests he is a prospect that will turn heads at next spring's NFL Combine. The Colts need to add some juice to their pass rush, so they'll embrace a bit of risk here.

The Redskins could use an influx of youth along the defensive line. Clark is a very good run defender who should contribute immediately.

Minnesota needs help at wide receiver. A late-season wrist injury may affect Doctson's draft stock, but as long as he goes through pre-draft workouts healthy the Vikings should be glad to have him.

Wentz is a rising small-school prospect, who Kiper considers a potential sleeper first-round pick. The Cardinals need a quarterback of the future, but not an immediate starter, so they can draft Wentz and develop him behind Carson Palmer.

The Bengals may lose some wide receiver depth in free agency, so adding some talent to go with A.J. Green stands out as a need. Coleman is nearing the end of a standout season, and he's in the first round conversation if/when he officially declares for the draft.

Spriggs is an Outland Trophy finalist, and as a former tight end he is athletic enough to be a great fit for Gary Kubiak's offense. The Broncos should jump at Spriggs' upside.

The Panther need to add some talent and upside at wide receiver. Thomas is the type of polished prospect that can step into a prominent role immediately.
