5. WR Marqise Lee

Injuries have hampered Lee over his first two NFL seasons, and he's fallen behind Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns in the wide receiver pecking order for Jacksonville. There's a case for keeping him as a No. 3 wide receiver, but if he can get and stay healthy Lee may find a better opportunity elsewhere.

4. K Jason Myers

Jacksonville became accustomed to stability at kicker for many years, before trading Josh Scobee to the Steelers and going with Myers this year. But the younger kicker has not delivered, most notably with seven missed extra points, so the Jaguars should move on from Myers easily during the offseason.

3. WR Justin Blackmon

Blackmon was arrested again earlier this month, and charged with driving under the influence, which will surely extend his indefinite suspension even further. The Jaguars can keep Blackmon on their roster with no salary cap hit, and they reportedly want to recoup as much of his $4 million signing bonus as possible, but with no return to the field in sight hanging onto the former No. 5 overall pick is simply not worth it.

2. DE Chris Clemons

Clemons is a bad combination of aging (34 years old) and fairly unproductive (three sacks this season). Add the presence of a couple younger players (Chris Smith and Ryan Davis) that may deserve a chance to play more, and the potential for other defensive line additions, and the Jaguars should not make room for Clemons on their 2016 roster.

1. RB Toby Gerhart

Things have not worked out for Gerhart in Jacksonville, and he only had 20 carries in seven games this season before a sports hernia landed him on injured reserve. With one year and $3.5 million total (salary and roster bonus) left on his contract, Gerhart is an easy offseason cut for the Jaguars.
