In case you didn’t hear, back in mid-March Spencer Havner crashed his motorcycle in what is considered a private area near his home in Northern California. He was not wearing a helmet and was above the legal limit for alcohol while operating a vehicle. He pulled a Ben Roethlisberger! It seems that he will be charged with driving recklessly under the influence, but based on the fact that he was on private property he will not have to face the no-helmet charges.
