Braves Set To Take On Nationals

The Braves are all set to take on the Washington Nationals in a three-game series that gets underway tonight in Washington. Kenshin Kawakami will start tonight’s series opener for the Braves and the Nationals will counter with Livan Hernandez (3-1, 0.87 ERA), who has pitched well for Washington this season. Tommy Hanson (2-2, 2.17 ERA), Atlanta’s ace-in-the-making, will start the second game of the series for the Braves on Wednesday night and will be opposed by Washington’s  Luis Atilano, who is 2-0 with a 2.25 ERA this season. Hanson was 2-0 with a 2.28 ERA in four starts against the Nationals last season.
