(No Rants)Recently I wrote an article stating why the Marlins should make a run at Milwaukee Brewers first basemen, Prince Fielder. With the trading deadline only 8 weeks away, it’s safe to say the Florida Marlins won’t be “selling” this year. And why should they? They’re only 4.5 games out of first place with the wild card being a strong possibility, so why should they sell anyone? The race is far from over. If Mike Stanton comes up and makes the impact many believe he’ll make- maybe the Marlins should focus their attention on a front line starter.
