A Day for the Ages
Well, that was pretty cool. Attending the Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup parade on Friday in downtown Chicago was a moment that I will never forget. No it wasn’t because I got to meet Bill Wennington, as the big guy was right near us at our parade spot (although I’m not complaining about that either). The whole event was just so surreal that you can’t really put it into words. Everything about it was amazing. It truly was a dream come true. Over two million people attended the parade and rally on Michigan and Wacker. For further confirmation, just look at how many people are occupying space on this video.
