The March To 200. Tim Wakefield Starts Tonight.
(No Rants)Wake is a lifer for the Sox. Any Sox fan has to be pulling for him to crack that 200 win barrier. If it doesn’t happen this season it surly will next year. Until then, I’m going to break down his chances each night he starts to gain one more win on his way to 200. Right now he rests at 191. Tonight Wake and the Sox face Brad Bergesen and the lowly Os.As my good friend (who I feel like I know from watching too much ESPN) says “Not so fast my friend!” The Os may be the whipping child of the AL e…. I mean Amer…. er, all of baseball, but they’ve already handed the Red Sox a sweep this year. Much like the team as a whole, Wake has had mixed results against the Orange Birds as well. Going 1-1 and getting hammered...
