KANSAS CITY, MO — Both Kansas and Baylor handled their first games in the Big 12 Conference Tournament. Baylor was lead by Perry Jones III with 31 points and 11 rebounds, while Kansas was lead by Elijah Johnson with 26 points. Kansas swept Baylor in the regular season, but Baylor will be ready to challenge Thomas Robinson and Jeff Withey down low.
