Video: Iowa State Hammers Defending National Champion UCONN

LOUISVILLE, KY — Iowa State Cyclones took it to the defending National Champion beating Connecticut, 77-64. The Cyclones were lead by Royce White who had 15 points and 13 rebounds. The three point shooting from guards Chris Allen and Scott Christopherson paced the Cyclones all night.
“We wanted to attack the boards more and whatever 3s we got, we took,” Allen said. “At the end of the day, we were trying to get it in, get rebounds and do all the little stuff.”
Iowa State will take on the top seed Kentucky Saturday night at 7:45pm (est).
