POLL: Which Outfielder Should the Red Sox Acquire Before Trade Deadline?
The Red Sox own the best record in the American League and they’ve won 12 of their last 14 games, but they’re certainly not a team without flaws.
The July 31st trade deadline is now less than two weeks away, and the Sox have several areas of need heading into the regular season’s final two months.
Arguably Boston’s most obvious hole is its lack of a competent right-handed hitting outfielder, and that’s a hole which Theo Epstein may attempt to fill via trade in the near future.
The Sox have reportedly reached out to the Mets about switch-hitting veteran Carlos Beltran, but cheaper options like Michael Cuddyer, Ryan Ludwick, Jeff Francoeur, and Josh Willingham are more feasible.
So, which outfielder should Epstein target in a potential deal?

Twins are saying they won’t trade Cuddyer. So I guess that means to get him they’ll have to be blown away.
