Busch Stadium Streaker Interrupts St. Louis Cardinals And Philadelphia Phillies Game On Thursday Night (video)
A baseball game would never be complete without something wacky or stupid happening, right? Thursday night, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies were playing when they were interrupted by none other than a Busch Stadium streaker. The man was fully nude and was running around before he was taken out by security.
I have seen a lot of people run on the field this year, but I think this is the first guy who was completely naked. The Busch Stadium streaker currently has the edge in game interruptions, but that could change as the year goes on. Remember, it is a long baseball season. Plenty more stupid people could do the same exact thing.
Remember kids, never go streaking. You will get caught and you will get arrested. I have no idea if the Busch Stadium streaker was impaired in anyway, but it would not surprise me. He might be spending some time in jail and I do not think the Cardinals will want him attending anymore games. There are no benefits to streaking, unless you want everyone to see what you look like naked.
I hope the Busch Stadium streaker accomplished what he set out to do on Thursday. I have no idea what his eventual goals were, but I think he made the news cycle. If 15 minutes of fame were his goal, he certainly got that. He also picked up a fine and jail time, but those are just side effects of being famous.
