NOOOOOOOO!!! Just who they need “mentoring” Marshall, T.O. This would be the dumbest thing they could do, give a young, non cancer, team killer a shot, maybe he’s already on the roster.
And for the second part of your article, let me just say, it would be just like da bears to take the best special teams player ever, off special teams.
Hopefully he is returning punts, and some kickoffs, I personally don’t care if he ever plays offense again.
I agree I think Owens could be a huge signing for Chicago with very low risk I say sign him to a no guarantee deal and if he doesn’t mind his p’s and q’s cut him and they aren’t out anything but if it works out the Bears could have two 1,000 yard receivers next year throw in a 1,000 yards rushing from Forte and whatever the rest of the offense does Chicago could have a top 5 offense next season along with a top 5 defense I see a Super Bowl in the near future if they keep up the aggressive mentality.
Hope not, ego, money problems and selfishness is not worth it.
