For all of you college sports fans from the Philadelphia area that not only love the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers, but drinking games–this is the perfect video for you.
John Thomas Gallagher has put together “The Official Philadelphia Sports Power Hour”–a compilation of the greatest moments in Philadelphia sports history (along with some classic clips from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and the Rocky movies) crammed together in one hour. For anyone unfamiliar with the game, “Power Hour” is a game in which participants have to take a shot of beer every minute and Gallagher sets it up so each clip is one minute long–with Phillies broadcaster Harry Kalas singing “High Hopes” every time the minute is up and you have to drink.
Whether it’s the Phillies celebrating the 2008 World Series or the famous “4th and 26″ play by former Eagles wide receiver Freddie Mitchell–Philadelphia fans will certainly enjoy every minute of this video and re-live some of the greatest moments of their sports lives.
The trailer of “The Official Philadelphia Sports Power Hour” can be seen above, but the entire video can be seen by clicking here (make sure to watch the entire thing even if you’re not playing the game–it’s pretty awesome). Thanks to our friends at CrossingBroad.com for the video.
