Video: Cat Attempts to Play Defense Against Owner Dribbling Basketball

For those of you struggling without the NBA right now until the lockout comes to an end–here’s a highlight of one furry feline that will hopefully help your basketball needs for the time being.
While most animals tend to run when they’re close to the sound of a bouncing basketball, this cat tried to get involved in a game with his owner–standing on two legs while trying to hit the ball with his paws. Props to the cat for keeping balance while focusing on trying to swat the ball while it’s being dribbled back and fourth.
This cat may look like they’re capable of playing defense–but this video still has nothing on the famous “Air Bud.” Thanks to Yahoo! Sports for the video in the article.
