Dirt Bike Smokes Girl Right in the Face

When I first saw this, I wasn’t expecting a full head-on collision, but the bike hits her right in the face as he comes over the hill.
I don’t understand how she’s OK after that. It appears that she’s alright and starts to get up just fine as the video is finishing. How creepy would that be for those two girls just walking along and then some dirtbike comes flying over the hill right in front of you and smokes you in the face? The guy had to have felt awful as well.
