Some people don’t understand why fans cry during sporting events, but the truth is–we’re just that passionate about our beloved sports teams. Unfortunately for one Alabama fan, he was caught shedding tears live on national television in the final minutes of Saturday’s game against No. 1 ranked LSU.
After Alabama failed to connect on a field goal during their first possession in overtime, it was only a matter of time before LSU set themselves up for the potential game-winning field goal by running the ball. Shortly after a 15-yard run by Michael Ford that pretty much sealed the deal for the Tigers, the CBS cameras went to the stands and caught one Crimson Tide fan crying over what was about to happen.
Obviously, this was one of the most hyped-up games in college football history and one can only imagine the intensity level of fans in attendance at the game–so he has every reason in the world to be upset. Still, what are the odds the cameras happen to catch this fan at his worst moment of the “Game of the Century?”

Interesting how the bama nation made great fun of Tebow for the same thing. At least Tebow was a competitor in the game. If you gonna talk the talk , then walk the walk.
