Denver Broncos Unveil Jesus Jerseys Honoring Tim Tebow
Fans of the Denver Broncos have a new fad that involves their starting quarterback, Tim Tebow. Broncos fans often refer to Tebow as their team’s savior, but ordering custom Denver No. 15 jerseys with the name “Jesus” on the back is drawing mixed results from the Mile High faithful.
Tebow has often publicly expressed his Christian faith and his missionary trips to third-world countries have also been widely publicized. However, two interviews conducted by Larry Brown Sports prove that some fans like the idea while others are totally opposed to it.
The Jesus jerseys are supposed to be big hit this Christmas season, but that’s no guarantee. It’s also no guarantee that Tebow is the Broncos’ answer at quarterback. He’s 4-3 as their starter in his second NFL season, but he’s also drawing mixed results from critics and fans alike. In fact, Tebow was recently voted the most overrated player in the NFL by his peers.
