Video: Six-Year-Old Jets Fan Cries Over Loss to Broncos and Loses All Hope For Playoffs
If you thought you were upset about the New York Jets falling to the Denver Broncos on Thursday night–just wait until you see how this six-year-old kid took the news.
The video above shows one young Jets fan taking the news of the team’s recent loss pretty hard as his mom tells him the news the following morning (I’m guessing it was past his bedtime when the game ended) and video tapes the entire thing. In his opinion, the Jets will no longer make the playoffs because the Bills face the Dolphins this week–which apparently means Buffalo will win and mess up New York’s playoff chances.
Give the mom credit for trying to cheer her son up by throwing out the possibly of the Bills and Patriots losing every game from here on out (which obviously can’t happen since they play each other in Week 17), but the kid clearly isn’t buying it and appears to have given up all hope on the Jets making the playoffs.
On the bright side, at least this kid’s team still has a chance at the playoffs unlike the little girl who is a Minnesota Vikings fan and took last Monday’s loss to the Green Bay Packers pretty hard by hysterically crying to her mom. Thanks to Bro Bible for the tip on the video.
