I'm realizing more and more that a team's record has absolutely nothing to do with how they will do in the postseason. A 9-7 team just knocked off a 15-1 team. In fact, they crushed them.
The Super Bowl favorite Saints were upset by Joe Montana's reincarnation and the San Francisco 49ers, who just refused to lose on Saturday afternoon. At least the Ravens and Patriots' victories were expected (although I went 0-4 in playoff picks this weekend).
The following article will highlight the 17 players who performed the best in their respective games this weekend. It will include players from both winning and losing teams.
