Cautions breed cautions. The Daytona Nationwide race proved that. After a couple of Big Ones happened earlier, the final lap decided it wanted one of its own.
Basically the entire lead pack was wrecked coming to the checkered flag. James Buescher avoided the carnage to pick up the trophy and a spot in Daytona’s winner circle.
The best part about it was that Buescher was 11th when the wreck started. I’ve never seen the top ten cars wreck on the final lap in all my years of watching NASCAR.
