Racer Hits Deer With Motorcycle and Catches It On Video
The sports world has been plenty of bizarre injuries over the last couple of years and as long as nobody is seriously hurt–it’s always intense to watch. One of my personal favorite sports videos to hit the web came last October when a mountain biker was drilled by a Red Hartebeest in South Africa, but this latest video involving a racer hitting a deer on a motorcycle during a closed race is hard to top.
As you can see in the video above, one racer was flying down a road and was able to catch the footage of himself hitting a deer head on while riding his motorcycle. Apparently, the biker was taking part in some race over 300 miles long and was nearing the end of it before the deer came into play–at least that’s what the description of the video claims.

NOTE: This is closed course racing (road is closed to the public) so both sides of the road are fair game. I don’t condone crossing the yellows or speeding when on open roads.
Luckily, the biker doesn’t appear to be hurt and the deer managed to walk away from the scene under his own strength. This is one of those situations that could have easily turned out much worse than it actually did and it’s never funny to laugh when any racer hits deer while on a motorcycle–but it’s going to be hard to forget this video.
