You guys are not going to believe this, but Lance Armstrong used PEDs. I’m being serious right. He actually manned up and admitted to Oprah Winfrey in an interview that will air on Thursday night.

This was only a matter of time. Everyone with a brain in their skull knew that he used PEDs. His feigned outrage could only last so long before hard hitting evidence piled up. He tried to do everything in his power to shame those who spoke out against him, but it was too late. He decided that it was finally time to go on one last PR spur to save his image.
Guess what? This is probably going to work. I bet he cries during the interview and everyone will get all sad. For whatever reason, we like to see people go all the way to the bottom before we forgive them. It happens with a lot more athletes than you think. I bet his image goes back up after this interview airs. It shouldn’t but it will.
Hopefully we get some more answers from him on her show. There are a lot more things out there about him and his drug use. Why did he try to shame everyone? Was it really worth trying to ruin the lives of other people to protect his image? Does he realize how much of a toolbox that he looks like?
I bet Oprah has this under control.
