Last week, the Cincinnati Bearcats baseball team displayed one of the greatest videos of all time in which they showed a highlight reel of their players pulling off amazing photobombs while their teammates were being interviewed on television. Now, it appears the Minnesota Golden Gophers is trying to make a name for themselves as well–the only difference is they were willing to take their game to another level by performing the acts during the actual game.
As you can see in the video above, Minnesota head coach John Anderson was being interviewed during a game against Nebraska and some of his players decided to have some fun in the background by pretending to shave the one player. It’s one thing to make a funny face or even just act like a complete goofball, but what these players pulled off was simply hysterical.
The question that I’m dying to know is where did they manage to get a shaver and shaving cream before the interview? Clearly, this seems like an act that had been planned for quite some time and props to these players for taking advantage of what turned out to be a hilarious opportunity.
Photobombing has become quite the popular trend over the last couple of months when it comes to athletes and there’s a good chance this won’t be the last time we see a story like this. If anything, this is just the beginning of what is already becoming quite the popular trend.
