With the 2013 NFL Hall of Fame Game in the books, football season is that much closer and every football season should be fired up about the regular season being right around the corner. However, it’s safe to say nobody may be as excited as one Green Bay Packers fan who was lucky enough to receive a handshake from Aaron Rodgers during practice–which is simply just awesome.
As you can see in the photo above, the expression on the face of the young Packers fan alone shows just how excited he was to receive a high five from Rodgers. One of the best things about sports is seeing professional athletes interacting with fans and to see this type of reaction from the Packers fan just from a simple handshake is amazing to see.
Rodgers had nothing but great things to say about Packers fans during a recent interview and it shouldn’t come as a surprise considering the fan base has always had a strong reputation for being one of the best in football. Despite losing to the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round of the playoffs last year, Green Bay is expected to be one of the top contenders in the NFC once again–assuming Rodgers manages to stay healthy.
Get ready football fans–the regular season is right around the corner and let’s hope these next couple of weeks fly by so Week 1 can officially be here.
