Everyone has coworkers they cannot stand. Whether it’s because someone makes too much noise, invades your personal space, or gives off an unpleasant odor, everyone has had or currently has a co-worker that annoys them. Of course not all coworkers are obnoxious; some are fantastic. For various reasons (hardworking, good looking, fun), here are 15 athletes you probably wish were your co-worker.

Having someone as talented, driven and good looking as Alex as your co-worker? Yes please.

The Golf Boys is comprised of PGA golfers Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Hunter Mahan and Ben Crane.

Just their music videos alone would get most people to want to work with them. Plus, maybe Watson
would let you borrow his amazing golf cart.

13. Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is a winner (already has a Super Bowl ring), is great in the community, and is loyal to his friends, sometimes to a fault (ahem, Ryan Braun). Rodgers would be a great co-worker, not like that other A-Rod who plays baseball (although not in 2014) in New York.

12. Rob Gronkowski

Okay, so most of us probably couldn’t last an entire weekend partying with Rob Gronkowski, but having him as a co-worker would be entertaining. Plus, if your printer ever says “PC Load Letter,” Gronk can just give it a Gronk spike. Points to those of you who recognized the “Office Space” shout out there.

11. Charles Barkley

Just about everyone would agree having Charles Barkley has a co-worker would be highly entertaining. Who knows if the environment would be conducive to getting a lot of quality work accomplished, but if you want to laugh at work, having Barkley as a co-worker would help.

10. John Cena

John Cena has granted like a million (okay, 400) requests for Make-a-Wish. If you don’t know anything else about him, that should be enough. Someone who is as caring as Cena would most likely be great to work with.

9. Drew Brees

Drew Brees wins and he appears to be a great teammate. He also gives back to the city of New Orleans. He has a lot of qualities that would make him a good co-worker.

8. Maria Sharapova

Maria Sharapova is an exclusive group of tennis players who have won a career Grand Slam. She has come back from injury. She is also busy in the business world, does charity work and funny impersonations, and she is incredibly hot, which doesn’t hurt. I’m not sure there would be a downside to having her as a co-worker.

7. Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant appears to be humble and hardworking. He wants to make everyone around him better. Don’t you want that in a co-worker? Not sold yet? Look at the work he did to assist the tornado victims in Oklahoma.

6. Roger Federer

Roger Federer wins a lot (most Grand Slams all time), and he is always calm under pressure. Plus, did you read the story of what Federer did for Beatriz Tinoco? If you haven’t yet, do yourself a favor and Google “Roger Federer Make a Wish.” Someone of his character is welcome at my company any day.

5. Tom Brady

Tom Brady works hard, is a great leader, and as result of that, he wins – to the tune of three Super Bowls. You never hear of any off field issues with Brady. It’s hard to believe he’d be anything but the ideal person to work with. Plus, if you’re lucky, maybe he’d bring his super model wife and her friends around every once in a while.

4. Natalie Gulbis

Natalie Gulbis is a talented golfer on the LPGA Tour and is one of the hottest athletes out there. If that’s not enough for you to want her to be your coworker, Natalie also does charity work and seems to be very personable.

3. David Ortiz

David Ortiz knows how to win (three World Series) and was part of one of the best comebacks in sports — the 2004 ALCS. If you want to work with someone who is passionate and can get people fired up, Ortiz is your guy. Just look at what he said to the Fenway faithful before the Boston Red Sox's first home game after the horrible Boston Marathon bombing and the dugout speech he gave during Game Four of the 2013 World Series.

2. Lebron James

Forget “The Decision.” It’s time for everyone to move on from that. It’s not like it was the worst thing in the world, even if it was ill advised. Lebron James seems to be a hardworking and fun dude. Just look at when he tackled Michael Drysch after Drysch hit a half court shot for K. Or what James did for Ebony Nettles-Bey. James is passionate and he wins. Most people would probably enjoy working with him.

1. Dustin Pedroia

Dustin Pedroia is one of the hardest working players in baseball. He has won two World Series, was named Rookie of the Year, and then AL MVP the next season. When he was hurt, he took ground balls on his knees so he could stay sharp through his injury. Pedey is probably a guy you could count on if you worked with him.
