Twitter handle @Richards_Karin
Recently, I have provided my personal Top-15 player mansion lists for current players in the NFL, NBA and MLB. However, there are star athletes in other sports who own houses that can compete with likes of Derek Jeter, Chris Bosh and Tom Brady. With that being said, let's take a look at and envy the Top-25 luxury homes that belong to current athletes regardless of the sport they play.

As a member of a legendary racing family, it's natural for Earnhardt to live in a legendary house. His mansion is on a 200-acre property that includes a replica Western town called "Whiskey River". He also has a personal go-cart track and nine-hole golf course. However, the most interesting feature is the race car graveyard that he has. Earnhardt currently owns more than 40 wrecked NASCAR vehicles that are displayed all over the property.

The two-time Olympic gold medalist for USA Women's Soccer purchased this gorgeous home in Kirkland, Wash. for $ 1.2 million. The 5,330 square-foot home includes a sport court, swimming pool, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, six-car garage and hot tub. It also includes very scenic views of the city and the mountains that surround it. Despite her recent legal troubles, if she were placed on house arrest then it would make for the best jail ever.

The "Flying Fish" sold his Baltimore condo in order to move closer to the fish with this amazing Newport Beach mansion. Unfortunately, due to Phelps' understandable need for privacy, there are very little details to be found about his new place. However, they say that a picture equals 1,000 words and the one image that exists looks like it equals 1,000,000 words. Life is great for the 18-time Olympic gold medalist and greatest swimmer ever.
22. Roger Federer

While he has other estates located in the Swiss Alps, this 5,900 square foot "apartment" (according to Federer) is his Dubai estate. Federer purchased this home as a winter getaway and as a training facility due to the extreme heat in Dubai. He also stores his belongings there such as his six cars including an Aston Martin DB9. It's insane to think that the 17-time Grand Slam winner uses this place simply for storage, practice and nothing else.

Along with renting an Upper East Side Manhattan apartment with five bedrooms and four bathrooms for ,000 a month, Anthony also owns this massive house in Hewlett Harbor, New York. Details are scarce about this new pad, but if it's anything like his old Denver home, then expect eight bathrooms, 15 bathrooms, a six-car garage, a six-stall stable, a gym and a sound studio. He's truly living like the king of New York.
20. Dwyane Wade

This is an inside shot of Wade's $ 10.65 million home and its majestic indoor pool. It also features six bedrooms, but some of the best features are on the outside. Along with a basketball court and a spectator cabana with wet bar, the best outdoor feature may be the one that Wade won't use and that's an air-conditioned doghouse. Other dogs on La Gorce Island must be enraged with jealousy about the accommodations for Wade's canine.

The former Dallas Cowboys standout has placed this home on the market for $ 2.2 million due to his relocation to Denver as a member of the Broncos. This estate includes six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, seven fireplaces, ground-level trampoline, wine porch and a putting green. It's not sure what crazy mansion Ware will get next, but he may want to consider bringing those seven fireplaces with him to the colder Colorado.

Along with a spa, gym, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a multi-car garage, this mansion has a unique feature. He has a lazy river pool that will actually run through the house. Let's hope that his area never experiences a flood since that would create an extremely difficult clean-up effort for his staff.

The view of Kyrie Irving's backyard at his mansion, as seen in the picture, resembles a water park and is the perfect place to hold incredible pool parties. Hopefully more interior images will start to pop up. It would be great to see how the "Prince of Cleveland" lives when he's not able to take advantage of his outdoor aquatic paradise.

Is this a house or a small village? It's a fair question to ask when looking at this incredible home and property of four-time NBA champion Tony Parker. His home includes a massive pool, multiple bedrooms and a home theater. Additionally, Parker is a huge fan of Marvel and has an amazing, fully painted statue of the Incredible Hulk in his theater. With the type of money he makes, he should consider getting statues for the other Avengers as well.

Although King James has decided to take his talents back home to Cleveland, it's hard to ignore the fact he was living like royalty in Miami. His $ 9 million home overlooked Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. It came equipped with the "standard" eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also included a wine cellar, guest house, library, home theater and an infinity pool. Many now wonder what types of expansions he will make to his huge home in Akron, Oh.

This is easily the most unique athlete house. The Golden Ball award winner from the 2014 World Cup loves his sport so much that his home is in the shape of a soccer ball. The grounds are split into two halves where one half resembles a soccer pitch and the other has a pool. Additionally, there's a structure at the front that's in the shape of the number one. Therefore, when viewed from above, the structures form the number 10, Messi's number.

Woods literally purchased an entire strip of land in Jupiter, Fla. that's worth approximately $ 60 million. The property stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean and makes for the best bachelor pad ever. It also sports a four-hole golf course, 100-foot lap pool, a 60-foot diving pool, a spa and a tennis/basketball sports court. However, Woods may want to spend some extra millions to fix the sinkhole in his dining room.
