PocketFives Online Poker Rankings Update for October 15, 2014

Dropping two spots to #10 in the world is MAMOHT_T. He final tabled the Full Tilt Super Sized Sunday earlier this month for $18,000 and won the 888 Breeze the same day for another $3,400.

TJ "1bigacehole" Ulmer has been a staple of the PocketFives Rankings for quite some time. This week, he moved back into the top 10 at #9. Ulmer was #1 on PocketFives in 2012.

On the strength of five wins in a week, Portugal's Rui "RuiNF" Ferriera jumped to #8 this week on PocketFives. This is his highest slotting ever and he's closing in on 6,000 cashes and $4 million in lifetime winnings.

Sliding two spots in the PocketFives Rankings is Sweden's r4ndomr4gs, who won the PokerStars $109 Rebuy on Tuesday for $9,000. He won the iPoker High Roller Monday earlier this month for about the same amount.

Rising one spot on PocketFives this week is Patrick "pleno1" Leonard. He had a rock solid first week of October, winning the PokerStars.fr Monday Night on Stars for $13,000 and finishing third in the PokerStars Bigger $55 for $20,000. The same day as the latter score, he final tabled the Full Tilt Sunday Major for $18,000. Not a bad 48 hours.

Also bumping up one spot this week is European, who took third in the PokerStars $109 Cubed on Tuesday for $4,400. He is closing in on $2 million in life online tournament cashes.

CrownUpGuy won the Full Tilt Sunday Major and WCOOP Main Event on back-to-back weekends in September and October in one of the most impressive feats in recent poker history. He's at #4 this week, unchanged from last week.

Canada's p0cket00 remains at #3 this week and won a $320 No Limit Hold'em tournament on PokerStars on Tuesday for almost $10,000. He was #1 on PocketFives earlier this year.

Chile's Nicolas "PokerKaiser" Fierro stands pat at #2 in the world this week, trailing Yuri Martins by 200 PLB Points, the metric used to determine a person's place in the Rankings on PocketFives.

Enjoying his second week at #1 on PocketFives is Yuri Martins, who calls Portugal home. He has five online tournament wins in the last week for almost $50,000 total to keep him perched atop the Rankings.
