The World Cup is obviously cricket’s biggest stage in the world. Every four years, nations get together to decide who has the best squad when playing for 50 overs. Batsmen score runs, hoping not only to lead their side to victory, but also to cement themselves as top run getters. On the other side, bowlers aim to rack up wicket after wicket without conceding too many runs.

Potentially the most impressive feat of all – at least on an individual basis – is recording multiple five-wicket matches. Here is a list of the top bowlers with the most five-wicket matches under their name.
