If you can somehow build a ski resort in the scalding heat of Dubai, then what can’t you do? Not only is the sky the limit, but the ground is no longer the floor. A Polish architect by the name of Krysztof Kotala wants to build an underwater tennis complex in the jewel of the United Arab Emirates.

According to an article by Quartz, in response to the understood question, “Why Dubai?” Kotala disclosed “[The court] should be something where there is the tradition of tennis. Dubai is perfect for this idea.”
