It’s unclear what the relationship exactly is between the two guys in this clip.

One thing we do know is that the dude in the Hawaiian shirt wasn’t concerned at all about the dude in the Christian Laettner jersey’s punching power as he put his hands in his pockets and dared the dude to hit him.
