Head coach Tad Boyle knows how important it is to win all of your home games and in his first season and a half, he has proven that with his win/loss record.
After Saturday’s thrilling victory over the Arizona Wildcats, Boyle’s record at home improves to 11-1 this season, and coupled with a 15-2 record last year, his overall home record is 26-3 as CU’s head coach.
That’s getting it done at home.
Boyle and the rest of the Buffaloes are serving notice that Boulder is a tough place to come in and get a road victory. Furthermore, CU is proving that the Coors Events Center will be one of the best home court advantages in the Pac-12. So far at home, the Buffs are 5-0 against conference opponents with an average margin of victory of 17 points.
With the combination of the altitude, up-tempo style of offense and a young bunch of athletes that like to get out and run, Boulder has all the makings of being one of the toughest home-court advantages in the nation.
With Tad Boyle at the helm, CU is a program on the rise and the Pac-12 is beginning to recognize what the Buffs are capable of.
