Are The New York Knicks Looking To Move Amare Stoudemire?

Last season, Amare Stoudemire was one of the best players in the NBA before wearing down late. Many pundits assumed that getting a full season of the Carmelo Anthony/Amare/Tyson Chandler combo would make the New York Knicks title contenders this season. That hasn’t happened so far. The Knicks are lacking consistency and Amare’s play has been subpar. Could the Knicks actually be looking to trade the star that revitalized the team last season?
Of course, this is just a rumor. It could mean absolutely nothing. However, it doesn’t look like Melo and Amare can work together in a Mike D’antoni offense. Firing D’antoni might be the best move, but if the Knicks keep him, offense will be hard to come by. Since Chandler was added, Amare has become much more of a faceup player than he was last year. This has killed his shooting percentage and productivity.
The season is still young, but the rumors are out there. If things continue to be less than ideal in the Big Apple, look for the Knicks to try to move Amare for some shooters and maybe a point guard. Iman Shumpert has impressed so far, but how long can that last?

Ummm Amare has always been a faceup player, never have i seen him post up and back someone up. But yeah D’antoni should be let go, he’s the most overrated coach in the nba right now. An all offense no defense team? wtf is that?
But even worse, knicks fans still are the dumbest fans in the nba lmao.
