Have the New York Knicks found a savior to handle the ball? Some people do.
That savior is none other than former Golden State Warrior and former Harvard star Jeremy Lin according to Al Iannazzone of Newsday. Lin has been named the Knicks’ new starting point guard and rightfully so. He had a marvelous game against the New Jersey Nets Saturday as he scored 25 points, recorded seven assists and grabbed five rebounds in the victory.
Lin is bound to benefit from coach Mike D’Antoni’s point guard-friendly system. However, D’Antoni must be hoping that this is the saving grace for his job, let alone the Knicks’ season.
