Aric Almirola – Double A has 11 consecutive top-22 finishes this season and will be a great sleeper to look for after the big names come off the board.
19. Juan Pablo Montoya
Juan Pablo Montoya – JPM has cracked the top-20 in four of his last five races at Texas.
18. Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Stenhouse Jr. will shockingly start this race in ninth place. He may not finish inside the top-10, but he should easily be able to crack the top-20.
17. Marcos Ambrose
Marcos Ambrose – Ambrose will start in 10th this Sunday and he will one of the best veteran drivers to take a shot on.
16. Clint Bowyer
Clint Bowyer – Bowyer will start all the way back in 26th and the veteran will have a tough time making it to the front of the pack this Sunday.
15. Denny Hamlin
Denny Hamlin – Hamlin won twice in Texas in 2010, but he hasn’t cracked the top-10 here since. He will start this weekend in 14th and will likely struggle again on the oval track.
14. Paul Menard
Paul Menard – Menard will start this race in fourth and will have a great chance to make some noise in Texas.
13. Kasey Kahne
Kasey Kahne – Kahne has an average finish of 18.9 at Texas and has really struggled on this track in recent years.
12. Ryan Newman
Ryan Newman – Newman has been flying under the radar this week, despite having finished inside of the top-10 in seven of his last nine races in Texas.
