2013 Fantasy Hockey: Jordan Eberle Remains Hot In November

Perry Nelson-USA TODAY Sports

Now that the Edmonton Oilers are starting to get healthy, the team is finally scoring some goals again. They have scored 11 goals in the last three games and have won all three contests. Fantasy hockey owners are getting quality shifts out of all the team’s top lines and they can start them confidently each week.

Leading the charge for E-Town this year has been RW Jordan Eberle. The young superstar has 20 points (eight goals/ 12 assists) through the first 24 games of the year and the franchise player has quietly been one of the most productive wingers in all of fantasy.

Even more impressive is what the forward has done for fantasy owners in the month of November. Eberle has scored five goals in the last nine games, while also adding five assists. He has been red-hot this fall and the Saskatchewan native has surprisingly outscored almost every other player in fantasy during this stretch. Eberle has battled inconsistency throughout his career, but he is definitely in the middle of one of his hot-streaks at the moment.

Eberle is an extremely promising fantasy forward and this will be the second All-Star campaign for the 23-year-old. He will continue to be near the top of Edmonton’s stat sheet every game and fantasy fans can expect Eberle to post career numbers when it is all said and done.
