The MLB season is now underway and it seems like the 2014 campaign is off to an exciting start as there have been many walk-off wins. It's not easy to grab a solid starting first basemen in fantasy baseball as there are only 30 starters overall. If you can snag a starter or two that can produce, you are set for a run at a fantasy baseball title.

Let's take a look at the top fantasy first basemen after week one.

Boston's world champion first baseman, Mike Napoli, seems to be picking up where he left off in 2013, hoping to lead the Red Sox back to the World Series in 2014.

Adam Lind was likely a late-round pick up in many leagues, and he's been paying off for those who took a risk on him.

Week 1: .308 AVG, 1 HR, 3 RBI, 3 Runs, .500 OBP

Justin Smoak is part of one of the better up-and-coming infields in the major leagues as Robinson Cano is his neighbor at second base. Smoak looks like he's been taking batting tips from Cano so far in 2014.

Brandon Moss is coming off his best -- and most productive -- year in the majors and he's building on what he did in 2013. The 30-year-old first baseman is in the prime of his career, and it's starting to show.

Although it's just one week into the season, the Miami Marlins can be considered an early-season surprise as they are currently in first place in the NL East. A big reason for that is McGehee's success at first base and with the bat.

Week 1: .375 AVG, 0 HR, 10 RBI, 2 Runs, .467 OBP

5. Brandon Belt, San Francisco Giants

If you drafted Brandon Belt, you're a genius. If you dropped him after one game like me, you are not a genius. San Francisco's first baseman has been as hot as any in the league through one week.

Week 1: .323 AVG, 4 HR, 7 RBI, 7 Runs, .323 OBP

4. Miguel Cabrera, Detroit Tigers

As always, Cabrera is one of the best players in baseball and a fantasy superstar. Being moved to first place will definitely take some pressure off the slugger this season as it is his natural position -- at least ever since he left Miami.

Week 1: .350 AVG, 1 HR, 3 RBI, 1 Run, .381 OBP

3. Chris Colabello, Minnesota Twins

Chris Colabello is filling in nicely at first base for the Twins who have been used to Justin Morneau playing the position. If he keeps producing at this pace, Colabello will be the next Morneau -- or better.

Week 1: .391 AVG, 1 HR, 11 RBI, 4 Runs, .417 OBP
