Each week I break down the top fantasy players at each position in MLB. With the month of April basically in the books, these 20 outfielders stepped up their game in the final week -- or so -- of the month in order to make the list.

Charlie Blackmon has been a regular on my weekly top outfielders list. The young slugger came out of nowhere and has taken the National League by storm. Half of Blackmon's hits in week four landed outside the park.
