Source – ESPN LA The terms of Ted Lilly’s new contract came out today and it will be a total of $33 million with $3.5 million of it in a contract bonus to be paid out over the 3 years. He’s very happy to be back with the team that originally drafted him back in 1996. “I knew that I would prefer to stay here,” Lilly said. “I thought this was a really good opportunity for me to be with this club and that the future looks really good. Fortunately, the Dodgers had interest in bringing me back, and I feel very grateful for the opportunity to be able to play here.
