Former Phillies OF Jayson Werth Gets Booed By Home Fans, Max Scherzer Responds By Booing Fans

Ever since leaving the Philadelphia Phillies for the Washington Nationals in free agency, Jayson Werth has been booed by Phillies fans every time he returns to the city.

During Sunday’s series finale, Werth had four hits and slammed two home runs against his former team.

After one of the home runs, Nationals ace Max Scherzer turned to the Phillies fans and booed them right back.
