Phillie Phanatic Returns Crying Baby Girl to Mother After Scaring Her

This one falls into the category of “I always knew mascots were jerks.”

The big, deformed green monster cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies, Phillie Phanatic, made this little girl cry at the game on Wednesday night and then handed her back to mom in tears.

We’re not sure exactly how the Phanatic envisioned his work day going. But it probably wasn’t like this.

Now that’s just bad etiquette, whether you’re an MLB mascot or otherwise.

You make the baby cry, it’s on you to make it stop.
