Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon has implemented a fun and loose culture in Chicago since he joined the team in 2015.
Considering he was able to break the curse and lead the Cubs to their first World Series title since 1908 last season, it’s hard to argue with the methods to Maddon’s madness.

On Thursday, the Cubs elected to go with an ‘Anchorman‘ theme in their attire as they traveled to the West Coast to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers and Ron Burgundy‘s San Diego Padres, who always stay classy.
