Nationals' Bryce Harper Tells Group of Little Leaguers 'No Participation Trophies'

On Saturday, Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper was asked to speak to a group of little leaguers.

Instead of telling the little guys the same old stuff, Bryce was brutally honest with them.
