Michael Conforto is in the midst of a breakout season with the New York Mets.
The outfielder is hitting .279 with 27 home runs and 68 RBIs, but it seems his season may have come to an end on Thursday.
Conforto dislocated his shoulder during a swing and was forced to be removed from the game.
