Nostalgia: Fabricio Werdum can’t submit Vinny Magalhaes

Fabricio Werdum made a successful redebut in the UFC this weekend, beating up Roy Nelson.  Werdum, of course, will be mostly remembered for being the 1st guy to beat Fedor Emelianenko, and Frank Mir recently stated that “Vai Cavalo” is the best heavyweight grappler out there.

There was one guy that Werdum couldn’t submit though.  At the 2011 ADCC heavyweight championship, Werdum faced Vinny Magalhaes.  Then this happened:

Magalhaes went on to win by points.
