On May 2, Filipino sensation Manny Pacquiao will finally get his wish and square off against the unbeaten Floyd “Money” Mayweather inside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV. If Pacquiao hopes to cement his legacy as one of the greatest fighters of his generation and deliver Mayweather the first loss of his professional career, then these five things will need to happen.

From now until the opening bell, Floyd Mayweather will say anything he can in order to try and get inside of the head of Manny Pacquiao. With the fight now officially signed, Pacquiao cannot allow for himself to engage in a verbal fight with the pound-for-pound king. Rather, he should leave the trash talking up to his trainer Freddie Roach and the rest of his camp.

Entering his fight against Floyd Mayweather, nothing will be more important for Manny Pacquiao then to be himself, but not the version who didn’t go for the kill against Tim Bradley back in 2012. In his last fight against Chris Algieri, Pacquiao seemed to look like his old self as he managed to knock down his opponent six times.
