No, the video isn't skipping. If you ignore the shouts as the fighter hits the pads, it almost sounds like a beat at a club ... the kind that Tyler Durden would be into.
Unfortunately Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier will not be fighting at UFC 197. Instead we have to settle for Twitter fights between the two. Check out the hilarious Twitter battle the two fighters got into with each other. There is no love lost between them.
UFC fighter Paige VanZant has been doing a phenomenal job on 'Dancing With The Stars' this season. This week, she unveiled an epic UFC-themed routine and garnered high praise from the show's tough judges.
Jon Jones is back in the gym after spending some time in jail for probation violations. Jones’ probation violation arrest came after he was cited for multiple traffic violations last week in Albuquerque. On Thursday Jones entered a guilty plea for those violations. As a result of the plea Judge Michael Martinez ruled that Jones cannot drive without the approval of his probation officer and that he has to take both driver improvement and anger management courses. Jones also has to perform 60 hours of community service.
Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is in the news again and once again it comes on the heels of a run-in with the Albuquerque Police Department. Last week Jones driving a white Corvette was stopped by Albuquerque police and cited for drag racing having a modified exhaust having an illegible license plate being unable to maintain a traffic lane and exhibition driving. The stop was recorded by police via bodycam.
UFC star Jon 'Bones' Jones was recently pulled over in Albuquerque, NM and subsequently given a number of tickets for drag racing, among other infractions. Albuquerque police released bodycam footage from the incident, in which Jones is seen -- at times -- cursing at the officer. "You are an absolute f---ing liar," Jones is heard and seen saying after the officer tells him he had seen Jones racing with a Cadillac. "You're f---ing with me for no reason." "You're f---ing picking this Corvette out for no reason and blaming me for s--- I didn't even do," Jones says to the officer." Jones will appear in court on April 5, and has said he will fight the citations.
