Clovis Hancock and Nikolay Veretennikov squared off at LFA 7 on Saturday night in what was a match that Hancock is undoubtedly hoping to forget.

In the first round, Hancock inexplicably attempted an unnecessary spin kick that ended in hilarious disaster.

In the third round, Veretennikov pummeled Hancock and recorded a brutal knockout.

Now that’s a bad day!
