My thoughts on Kelyn Rowe
Rowe has the ability to be a superstar midfielder. There are some concerns though which make him the clear cut 3rd best player after Darren Mattocks and Andrew Wenger rather than being a contender for the #1 overall pick like some believe he is.
If Rowe returns for his junior season he would be the favorite to go #1 overall in 2013. Rowe was an early favorite to go #1 overall in 2012. If Rowe and Hoffman both return then UCLA could try to make another run at the College Cup after losing in the quarterfinals and the semifinals the last two seasons.
I get the feeling that Rowe ends up declaring because he knows he will be a top 3 pick. Rowe should declare and strike while the offer is on the table.
