The heart and soul of the Colts franchise for the past 15 years was due 28 million in 2012.  The Colts have decided to release Peyton Manning.  Out with the old Peyton Manning regime.  In with the new Andrew Luck regime.

The Colts have will have less than 10 million dollars in cap room to spend on free agents.  The Colts really need to make sure they draft the right players.  The Colts have enough budget for maybe 1 big name free agent on the offensive line.  The Colts need to spend their money wisely though.
